It's really sad. The women who work the front counter at this establishment should be ashamed of themselves. Their customer service is absolutely horrible which is sad because the ladies who work as the waitresses are completely opposite. I eat here several times a month. They look like they hate their jobs, they don't want to be there and are rude when they speak to people...in person and on the phone. If you don't have good customer service skills, you should NOT work with the public. If you do NOT LIKE YOUR JOB, find another one. I thought maybe one day, it was just a bad day. No, each time I have visited or called, I receive the same type of treatment from them. At least their consistent!! So, I hope the manager reads this. YOU NEED NEW CASHIERS!!! THEY ARE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.

As RNs, we have strong stomachs and it takes a whole lot to turn us green. With that being said, upon receiving our food we were immensely disgusted. The almond sauce appeared more like bile, what is that stuff made of anyway? I won't even begin to describe the smell. The fried wontons are filled with a greenish mystery meat and all of the food, with the exception of the fortune cookies (Sam's Club special, I'm sure,) was nauseating to say the least. Expensive leftovers that won't get eaten, and 4 unhappy nurses is the result of ordering from this establishment.

i ordered my food at 627p expecting my food at the latest 7p. my lunch is at 730 the driver was not there i called to inquire and was told they came by and no one answered. i canceled my order and 20 mins later got a phone call asking where am i that my food arrived. i explained that i had canceled my order and no longer wanted the food. what takes 1 hour and a half to make it to my work when i am 10 mins from where your located????? have i ordered food for over 10 years now i longer will.

I have NEVER in my life been so disgusted by the so called managers that they have in that establishment. I called at 4:00pm to have an order delivered at 6:30. The order was not there. On top of all that the driver had no idea where I was. I called the resturant back and was that I did not know customer service, they only offered me 5.00 off my mean, and the so called "manager" was VERY NASTY!!! I dont recommend this place to anyone who would treat a customer the way that I was treated and talked to. I will NEVER order from there again!

Your food was the absolute worst that i have tasted in Chinese food in a long time. I had ordered the number C25 a few minutes ago because my co-worker was bragging that your food was good. I paid $8.59 and found that when I got home, I had 3 wings, dry rice and a dry egg roll. I spoke to some Chinese lady and told her of the situation. She kept telling me that the food worker put four wings in there. I told her I knew how to count. What a stupid manager or owner you are. it's not about the money, but the principal of the matter. I will definitely tell all of my co-workers tomorrow of this.
